Order processing
- Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 14:00 CET, at the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.
- You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is booked in with the carrier.
Customs and duties
We ship from inside the EU, so there is no customs clearance and no import duty for EU destinations. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Age verification
You must be 18 or over to order. Orders may be held for age verification, and couriers may ask for photo ID on delivery.
Problems with a delivery
If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date. We will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund the affected items.
