How quickly will my order ship?
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day; anything later goes out on the next business day. You get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel is booked in.
Do I pay customs or import duty?
No. Everything ships from a warehouse inside the EU, so there is no customs clearance or import duty for EU destinations.
When is shipping free?
Shipping is free on any order of 10 units or more. Below that, rates start at €6.90 depending on the destination.
Products
Are the products genuine?
Yes. Every brand we carry is supplied through its authorised distribution channel. Each device is factory sealed and carries the manufacturer’s batch security code, so you can confirm it before you resell.
Can I mix brands and models in one order?
Yes — tiered pricing is based on the total unit count, not on a single model.
A model I want is not listed. Can you get it?
Often, yes. Email the model name and quantity and we will check availability with our suppliers.
Account and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments and bank transfer. Available options are shown at checkout and depend on the destination country.
Who can order?
Buyers aged 18 or over, where supplying these products is lawful. Retail and wholesale buyers are responsible for holding any licence or authorisation required in their market.
Returns
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the affected items or refund them.
