Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date with your order number and, where possible, a photo of the problem. We will replace the affected items or refund them in full, including any shipping you paid on that line.
Change of mind
Unopened, factory-sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and the goods must come back in resaleable condition.
For health and hygiene reasons, opened devices and e-liquid cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
How to start a return
- Email info@bangdevape.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply with return instructions and the warehouse address.
- Send the goods back using a tracked service — we cannot refund parcels that go missing in transit.
- Once the return is checked in, the refund is issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
Wrong item delivered
If we shipped the wrong model, tell us within 14 days and we will arrange collection and send the correct item at no extra cost.
Orders that cannot be supplied
If a product turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will tell you within one business day and either offer an alternative or refund that line in full.
