These terms apply to every order placed on bangdevape.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Who we are

Bang Vapes supplies disposable vape devices to retailers and individual buyers from stock held in our European warehouse. You can reach us at bangdevape@163.com or on WhatsApp at +86 178 7076 9371.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal smoking age in your country if that is higher, to order. Products are supplied only where their sale is lawful; buyers are responsible for holding any licence, permit or authorisation required in their own country. We may ask for age verification and may decline or cancel an order where we cannot confirm eligibility.

3. Products and availability

Product descriptions, puff counts, flavour lists and images are provided by the manufacturers and are as accurate as we can make them. Stock changes daily: availability shown on a product page reflects our warehouse at the time of viewing, and an item in your cart is not reserved until the order is paid. Where an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a partial shipment or a refund for that item.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
• The only payment method currently offered is cash on delivery (COD). Eligibility depends on destination and order size and is confirmed before dispatch.
• Tiered per-unit pricing applies automatically by total units in the cart: 4–9 units −5%, 10–29 −12%, 30–49 −20%, 50–1000 −27%.
• Current promotions: every 5 units in the cart add one free unit; shipping is free from 5 units (€8.90 flat below that); €5 off orders over €50 and €10 off over €100; new customers receive a €5 welcome coupon by email when they create an account. Promotions apply automatically at checkout and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. If a corrected price is higher than the price you paid, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is charged at €8.90 per order, and is free from 5 units. Paid orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours on business days and delivered within 2–5 business days inside the EU. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control do not entitle you to cancel an order that has already been dispatched.

6. Returns, defects and warranty

Defective or damaged items are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: report the problem within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the item or refund it. Consumable products that have been opened and used cannot be returned for change of mind, and we cannot accept returns where resale of the device would be unlawful.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell our products to anyone under 18, not to resell them where such sale is prohibited, and not to use this site for fraudulent orders, payment abuse or automated scraping.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost resale opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without prejudice to consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
